Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing raffle tickets from Alberta World Cup Cross Country Society, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a resident of Alberta, Canada
• Employees and immediate family members of Alberta World Cup Cross Country Society are not eligible

Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final - no refunds or exchanges
• Payment must be completed before tickets are valid
• Ticket purchases are subject to availability
• Maximum ticket purchase limits may apply

Prize Distribution

Winners will be contacted using the information provided at time of purchase. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and donated to Alberta World Cup Cross Country Society programs.

Limitation of Liability

Alberta World Cup Cross Country Society's liability is limited to the refund of ticket purchase price. We are not responsible for technical difficulties, lost communications, or other issues beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. All disputes will be resolved in Alberta courts.
